1. Subscription and trial
Receptionistant is offered at $299 per month following a 7-day, card-required trial. The payment method provided at the start of the trial is not charged during the trial unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
2. Cancelling during the trial
You may cancel before the 7-day trial expires. If you do, the first subscription charge will not be made. Cancellation ends access when the trial ends unless applicable law requires a different result.
3. Monthly renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. A cancellation made during a paid billing period takes effect at the end of that billing period and prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically reverse charges for the current paid period.
4. Refund requests
To request a refund, contact support@receptionistant.com. We review requests for billing mistakes, material service failures, and other eligible circumstances. A request does not guarantee a refund; each request is assessed on its facts and in accordance with applicable law and the payment terms that applied to the purchase.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory statutory refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that apply to you. Where those rights provide greater protection than this policy, those rights remain unaffected.
6. Merchant of Record payments
Where a Merchant of Record processes a payment, refunds are administered through that provider under the applicable buyer terms. Receptionistant does not represent that any particular Merchant of Record is active unless that provider is shown during the applicable checkout.
